NovaStar IPTV is a free, independent matching and referral platform. We do not sell, host, stream, distribute, or otherwise provide any IPTV content, channels, or subscriptions ourselves. Our Service exists to connect visitors who are interested in IPTV with verified, independent third party IPTV providers based on the information submitted through our lead form.
Any IPTV service, subscription, pricing, channel lineup, or agreement you may enter into is strictly between you and the third party provider. NovaStar IPTV is not a party to that agreement and holds no responsibility for its terms, delivery, quality, legality in your jurisdiction, or ongoing performance.
2. Eligibility

We do not guarantee that following any recommendation produced by our tools will resolve every issue, and results may vary depending on your equipment, internet service provider, location, and other factors outside our control.
4. Lead Form Submissions And Third Party Matching
When you submit your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, and device information through our lead form, you authorize NovaStar IPTV to share that information with a verified third party IPTV provider selected to match your stated preferences.
We aim to facilitate a response from a matched provider within twenty four hours of submission; however, this is a target and not a guaranteed timeframe. NovaStar IPTV does not guarantee that a provider will contact you, that a match will be found, or that any specific pricing, channel package, or outcome will be offered.
Submitting the lead form does not create any contract, subscription, or financial obligation between you and NovaStar IPTV.
5. No Endorsement Of Unlicensed Services
NovaStar IPTV does not promote, endorse, or knowingly refer users to any unlicensed or pirated streaming service. We make reasonable efforts to work only with providers who represent themselves as operating legitimately. However, we do not independently verify the licensing status of every third party provider in every jurisdiction, and it remains your responsibility to ensure that any service you choose to use complies with the laws applicable in your country or state.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, tool interfaces, logos, and design elements, is the property of NovaStar IPTV or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
NovaStar IPTV does not host, transmit, or store any copyrighted television broadcasts, channels, or streaming content on our servers.
